To install the latest version of any of our software applications on your computer:

• remove any previous version of all the Vestibular Technologies software applications (using the Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs function)
• click on the VT CAPS™ Software Installer link on this page
• follow the download instructions
• save the file on your computer
• double-click on it and the installation will automatically start
• follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation

• remove any previous version of all the Vestibular Technologies software applications (using the Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs function)
• click on the VT CAPS™ Software Package Zip link on this page
• follow the download instructions
• save the file on your computer
• double-click on it and extract the files on the local computer
• browse to the "Setup" folder and double click on "Setup"
• follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation

Make sure you install the VT CAPS™ hardware drivers before installing the VT CAPS™ application software. Also note that in versions of Windows® after XP you do not need to install any utility software that comes with the installation except Adobe Acrobat® Reader

NOTE: If you cannot take full advantage of the new functionalities of the CAPS™ software applications, contact us because your license might not have all the modules enabled that you purchased. We can update it to reflect the modules you originally purchased, and you can always purchase any additional modules you may need at anytime.
