2.2 Because our products are classified as Medical Devices, they fall under legal obligations set forth by the appropriate regulatory agency in every jurisdiction. We must know at all times who to contact in case the regulatory gency for the specific jurisdiction determines the medical device poses a safety and/or health risk.

2.3 We are committed to the data protection principles of good practice for handling information. All personal information is held in secure computer and manual files and we will only transfer data within us on a "need-to-know " basis so that we can provide you the information, products and services you may need or want from us.

2.4 We use your data to improve your experience, as well as the quality of the information, products and services you may need or want from us. We or an external agency acting on our behalf may contact you to carry out related research. We may also contact you with marketing communications about the information, products and services you may need or want from us unless you have previously opted out of this. 4.1 We only keep data for as long as is necessary. We keep academic transcript data in the long term, so we can provide references and verify your study with us.

5.1 You can contact us to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you and you can ask for your data to be rectified if it is incorrect. In certain circumstances, you can object to our use of your data, you can ask for it to be restricted or erased and for a copy in a structured electronic format.
